MOIRA KERR - UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL! As President of the Moira Kerr Fan Club, I was fortunate last year to meet Moira when she made her first concert appearances in the U.S. Siobhan and I flew from our home in San Antonio to Fresno, California to see Moira perform, and it was quite a memorable experience! Below are some photos from the concert: Moira and me during intermission; Moira with her guitar; Moira dancing a jig during one of her songs; and Moira with her accompanist, Dave Cormack, as well as a wonderful Celtic violinist who joined them for several tunes. The last picture is a particular favorite of mine which was taken by Rob Taylor and is from the album liner for "Glencoe - The Glen of Weeping," one of Moira's earlier and particularly poignant works. Her latest release is titled "Time and Tide" and I believe it is her best to date, which is saying a lot!
